Thanks Mark for a great week in OBX. Your house was perfectly situated right next to the public beach access with bathhouse which was great for our kids! The house was stocked with all the right amenities for a fun filled vacation at the beach. The community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse were a great bonus for those times off the beach! We appreciate you hosting our family!

Mark’s house is in an incredible location- just across the street from the beach. The house has everything you need for a chill beach trip and we were bummed we couldn’t stay longer! Mark was friendly and responsive, which was incredibly helpful since our getaway was last minute. Will definitely be back.

Great location- super close to the beach and good restaurants. Having a garage to store our bikes is key for us. The pool was very clean and we even got to join a water aerobics class with the locals - everyone was very welcoming.

This was our third visit to Mark's place. We are 3 friends who have taken summer vacations together for many years. It is so nice to be in such a comfortable condo. The location is so convenient to several great restaurants. Their pool is beautiful and is so close to the condo. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a sleep sofa is so convenient for us . Mark has always been quick to respond to any questions we had. We always enjoy our visits.

Comfortable condo that is just steps away from the beach. Complex also has great pool and clubhouse. We had access to beach chairs and bikes and boogie boards which was great. Several good restaurants within walking distance. The only downsides are having to bring your own sheets and towels, or having to rent them. Also, the two flights of stairs to get up to the main level of the condo could be rough for anyone with mobility issues. Owner was very helpful and responsive when we had issue with a broken beach umbrella. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at TheSandyEdge was perfect! The place was exactly as described and as pictured. Checkin and checkout was super convenient and we were able to make ourselves right at home for the week. The neighborhood is friendly and there is so much to do within a very short walk; the beach, the clubhouse and some phenomenal restaurants are all less than a 5 minute walk. Mark was quick to respond to any questions we had and clearly communicated all of the important details, such as checkin and checkout procedures. 10 out of 10 recommend!

This was exactly what we needed as a family. The area was low-key enough for us with lots to do in the area both walking and driving distances. We were able to just relax and not stress about daily life activities. We had a great view of the beach as well. Mark provided concise directions and instructions. We had an easy check in and mark replied to any questions within minutes! The condo is beautifully maintained, spacious, and is a great location to walk to the beach in minutes.
